What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number, WhatsApp name and business name.
• The bills you send us, and the details on them.
• Your customers' names, phone numbers and what they owe you.
• Your UPI ID, if you add one.

How we use it

We use this to read your bills, keep your records, and send payment reminders on your behalf. We do not sell it.

Who else handles it

Our service providers process data for us: Meta runs WhatsApp messaging, Google reads bills with Gemini, Supabase stores our database, and Vercel hosts the app.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time. Customers can ask us to stop reminders. Message us on the Hishobi WhatsApp number.
